Jc Tai Chi will be holding a weekend workshop on the 13th/14th February from 10am till 1pm both days.
The course will be held in the pleasant surrondings of Elizabeth Court in Louth.
Again the workshop will be open to all levels from beginners to advanced and will be taught in a friendly relaxed a manner.
The first day will involve Chi Gung, Structure, and Tai Chi form work. Highlighting the inner mechanics of the art.
The following day will be introducing push hands and application of Tai Chi.
The cost of course will be £60 or £40 for a day.
